BBC Radio 4
Radio 4 is a very political radio podcast, this radio show is very well structured and formal, the interviewees and presenters use academic language. When I listened to this radio show, the subjects they talked about were politics and social capital. Obviously, Radio 4 was created for an older audience and in my opinion would attract the middle class audience or even the upper middle class. I don't think any young people would listen to this radio station as I think its really boring, however someone at the age 40-50 will have a different opinion because the radio station is targeted at them. I don't think i will ever listen to BBC Radio 4 because i find it very boring, I would say the average target audience will be the ages of 35-60 year olds.
